注意：
（1）当比较级作表语而又不处于句首时, 可以不用the 相关联。

（2）the + 比较级，the + 比较级的比例从句句型中，如果谓语动词是连系动词be，可以省略。

The stronger the magnet, the greater the number of lines of magnetic force.

（3）第一个the引导的比例从句，如同时间、条件从句中一样，也应当用一般现在时表示进来时：

（4）语序问题：首先前部分的比例从句一律采用正装语序；后部分的主句既可以采用正装语序，也可以采用倒装语序。（即后面的主句可以根据结果特点和信息焦点的分布来安排语序），如：

在一般的the + 比较级，the + 比较级
的句型中，比例从句总是从句位于前部分，主句在后，与汉语的语序相一致的。但是，英语的比例从句有时是主句在前一部分（而且其中的the可以省略，且比较级并不位于句首对称放置，也即比较级处于正常位置），从句位于后一部分，请看：（此时翻译汉语时要把放后面部分的从句先翻译）
