（三）引申义二：事物层面的“问世，公之于众，被世人所知晓，与公众见面”；与汉语里的“见光死”含义里的“见光”颇有异曲同工指处。常用变体为“see the light of day”，喻指事物（如作品、发明、协议等）从隐藏、未完成或保密状态，转变为公开、诞生或投入使用的状态，强调“从‘不可见’到‘被公众接触’的过程”，覆盖经济、外交、文化等场景。如：
